Mathieu Barbet has worked with renowned chefs: Bernard Andrieux in Durtol, Stéphane Dupuy, Thierry Thiercelin of Villa Bellerose in Saint Tropez.
In 2009, he took over from Stéphane Dupuy, Best Worker of France (MOF), after working with him for 3 consecutive seasons.
